Stefano Tirelli

Stefano Tirelli was born in Milan on June 11, 1969, in 1993 he graduated from the Higher Institute of Physical Education of the Catholic University of Milan (110/110), with a thesis entitled “Football and African sport: perspectives and methodologies of physical preparation “.
In the following years, he continued his scientific training by attending courses and seminars in Milan, Brazil, Vietnam and Thailand. In 2002 he obtained a second degree in Sports and Sports Sciences (110/110 with honors) again at the Catholic University of Milan, supporting a thesis entitled “Shiatsu and Complementary Sports Medicine in the athletic preparation of footballers”.
Stefano is the creator and founder of Complementary Sports Techniques, of which he is also a professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart since 2004. Furthermore, since the beginning of the 2000s, he has been called by several renowned sports teams and athletes international to take advantage of the method he devised. In 2008 he founded the Stefano Tirelli Studio in Milan, a center of excellence that Italian and international athletes still use today.
For years he has been a radio-television commentator (Rai, Rai Sport, SKY, RADIO24, Radio Sportiva), for the topics of Mental Training and Complementary Sports Techniques. He is currently a regular guest on Dario Ricci’s “Olympia” broadcast on Radio 24.
Stefano collaborates for the development of new wellness technologies, with companies and companies in the sector.
