Aspirante Guida Alpina since 2017, member of the Ragni di Lecco since 2014, describes himself as follows:
“I consider myself more of a mountaineer or perhaps an explore rather than a real climber. I have travelled to various places in the world to try to climb mountains and open new routes; I have been to Patagonia several times, opening new routes such as Produci, Consuma, Crepa on the Cerro Mariposa (900m C6 A2) or the Appel du Vide on the Cerro Mangiafuoco, in the Campo de Hielo Northe, (400m 6c + M4), all walls with 3/4 days of approach. I also climbed in more “classic” places like the Cerro Torre Fitz Roy and Torres del Paine area. I visited Greenland and China, opening routes there too.
Every place with the same common denominator … you had to know how to climb a crack, using the interlocking technique if you wanted to get to the top. “
